Lundale Farm is looking for a tenant farmer for our 9-acre organic apple orchard. Featuring 11 diverse apple varieties, including Jonagolds, Wickson Crab, Golden Russet, and more, this orchard is ripe with potential.

The orchard is enclosed by a deer fence for protection. There is also barn space available for rent for equipment along with water access. Flexible long-term lease options come with affordable annual rates. We are open to ideas on how to use the land, whether it’s growing different types of apples or exploring new tree varieties. Just keep in mind that any plans should include a lease agreement to ensure a steady income.

We require organic, sustainable, or regenerative farming practices. Tenants must refrain from using synthetic herbicides, pesticides, and non-organic chemicals. Lundale Farm fosters a collaborative farming community, emphasizing participation in learning opportunities, events, and interactions with fellow farmers and staff.
