Lundale Farm’s historical buildings and fields offer beautiful scenes that are perfect for family photos, engagement pictures and more!

If you are interested in scheduling a session at the farm, please complete the agreement form below. Once we’ve received your agreement form, we will send you a scheduling link where you can sign up for 60 minute sessions on the property.

You’re welcome to schedule multiple sessions once you’ve completed the agreement form. We ask for a donation fee per hour long session. Sessions between 9am and 5pm are $75. Sessions between 5pm and 8pm are $100. You will have 24 hours to submit your payment via PayPal to reserve your session. After 24 hours we can not guarantee that your session is reserved.

You will receive a confirmation email with the link to book a session once the form is complete.

I agree to the terms of the following contract.

This Photographer User Agreement details the rights and regulations for participating photographers. This program is designed for professional photographers who are commissioned to take photographs by a client for a fee. This may be portrait photography, stock photography, commercial photography, or any type of photography where a fee is exchanged for a photo service.
1. Payment is $100 for sessions taking place between 5pm and 8pm and $75 for sessions taking place between 9am and 5pm. Payment is to be made in advance of the session via Lundale’s PayPal form.
2. Photographers must give at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation in order to receive a refund of their session fee.
3. The fee entitles participating photographers to conduct professional photo shoots on Lundale Farm located at 2501 Pottstown Pike Pottstown PA 19465.
4. Participating photographers understand they are not entitled to exclusive use of the property and that the property will remain as a functioning farm space. Photographers must be respectful of farmers conducting business on the property.
5. This agreement grants access to outdoor use of the property. Visitors are not allowed to go inside the buildings on the property to ensure their safety and to avoid any damage to equipment in the buildings.
6. Participating photographers shall be responsible for all of the actions and activities of their party (photographer, clients, and guests). The photographer agrees to release and forever discharge Lundale Farm and their tenants and employees from any and all liability of any nature and or any and all actions and causes of actions, suits, debits, accounts, bonds, covenants, contracts, agreements, judgments, claims, and demands of whatsoever nature in law or in equity arising out of, from, or due to the activity indicated below.
a. The photographer further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lundale Farm and their tenants and employees from any and all claims and losses accruing or resulting to any persons, firms, or corporations in connection with our actions on these premises.
b. The photographer further agrees to make financial restitution for any damage to the property, caused by the photographer and/or the photographer’s guests and their use of the property.
7. Considerations of safety and the protection of the natural resources of the property that Lundale Farm owns and manages take precedence over any of the photographer’s activities. Therefore photographers will obey the following regulations:
. No more than 10 people (not including the photographer) may attend the photography session. For groups larger than 10, please contact us in advance.
a. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the property at any time.
b. Nudity is prohibited.
c. Cutting or removing vegetation is prohibited.
d. Photo shoots cannot conflict with events taking place on the preserve. Our Executive Director will confirm available times using the a calendar and email correspondence.
e. Photo shoots may not involve large props such as furniture or tents.
f. Photographers and their clients must stay at least 50 feet away from all buildings designated as “private.”
g. Photographers may bring no more than 4 stands (this includes lighting rigs, tripods, or other equipment) designed to hold cameras and lighting equipment.
8. Photographers will follow all the rules of the property that the public must follow, including:
. Stay on designated parts of the property.
a. Dogs are prohibited for their safety. There are working dogs, other animals, and large farm equipment that could create a hazardous environment for pets.
b. Littering is prohibited.
c. Vehicles are only permitted on designated parking areas. All equipment must be carried to any location on the preserve from the parking area.
d. All regulations on official signs on the property must be followed at all times.
8. We know that nature doesn't always cooperate. Should the sunflowers not be in bloom for your scheduled session, we will refund half your photography fee if you'd like to still use the property.

Lundale Farm reserves the right to revoke agreement benefits, regardless of booked sessions, if I do not abide by the rules and terms outlined above. Please complete the form below and click the 'submit!' button below to indicate you accept the terms of the Photographer User Agreement.
